THE FOUNDER
Sahil's journey began in some of the world’s most dynamic kitchens across Switzerland, Spain, and the United States.
Trained in renowned restaurants and fine-dining environments, he developed a deep appreciation for precision, creativity, and bold flavors. From mastering pastry and modern techniques in Chicago to working in Michelin-standard kitchens in Europe, each experience shaped his approach to food.
Today, he brings those global influences together with the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine, creating a menu that blends street-food inspiration with refined culinary craft.
